Trombonist Lada is an alumnus of the Buddy Rich Band, the Woody Herman Orchestra and the Glenn Miller Orchestra. He returns to the R with his all Berklee faculty band of Suzanna Sifter (p), John Repucci (b) and Dave Weigert (dm) to teach a summer session of post-bebop jazz.
