Desert Echoes was formed as a gathering of spiritual traditions and influences ranging from classical Indian to American Indian to jazz and blues. Their sound is a free and openminded approach for exchanging musical ideas. Dane Johnson, guitar, and Josh Bernstein, Native American Flute, believe that improvisation and experimentation within different traditional elements brings out the musical experience for all to enjoy.
