The Vic Morrows

Their 1995 single "Cold/No Kind of Fun," as well as a self titled 4-song demo, have
received accolades from numerous local publications and heavy airplay on local radio
shows. They were chosen semi-finalists in the 1996 Musician Magazine Best
Unsigned Band Competition. ... But their music is even catchier than their name.
Calling it "post-neon surf punk" would be selling it short. With a unique twin guitar
interplay that ranges from angular, precisely picked chords to distorted experimental
squeals punctuated with brassy bass belching, a stylistic percussive attack and dual
lead vocals that jump from rough to refined in a nanosecond, the Vics (as their fans
call them) are no fly-by-night gimmick. Fine-tuned but fun, their live shows are
always hard-jamming, rocking good time. Look for the Vic Morrows first full-length
