"It would appear to have happened by chance," says Bosstones' frontman Dicky Barrett.
"But nothing could be farther from the truth. I've masterminded the entire thing from day one,
so that the Bosstones becoming a great band would coincide with the commercial success of
my punk/ska hybrid experiment. Any artist who has had success with the formula up to this
point has been an unwitting pawn in my ingenious scheme. Seriously though, we've been the
Bosstones for a long time. Trends have come and trends have gone, and when this one
comes and goes, we'll still be the Bosstones on the other side of it."
