The Providence, RI based Illustrious Day is creating a buzz in the regional music scene with CD reviews, radio airplay and captivating live performances. They've played at venues like The Elbow Room-NYC, Lupo's Heartbreak Hotel-Providence and The Middle East-Boston. Illustrious Day also performs at festivals and colleges throughout the northeast and mid-Atlantic areas.
Jackie also performs solo acoustically and has played such shows as the Second Stage of The Newport Folk Festival which featured The Indigo Girls and Shawn Colvin. Jackie was a nominee for Best Female Vocalist in The Providence Phoenix Best Music Poll 2002.
