Fans of punky bluegrass outfits like the Bad Livers or even the ragged jigs and reels of the Pogues will thrill to the manic and messy work by this band. While their musicianship isn't exactly top-flight, with a missed note here and there, it sure is fast. It's the spirit of the band that carries it over: fresh, honest, and irreverent. Tim Sheridan
