Alternative
Revolting Cocks has been the sleaziest and ugliest industrial band in the land since their debut album in 1986. Over the years, their records have featured many musicians, but the core members of the band are Ministry's Al Jourgensen, ex-Fini Tribe member Chris Connelly, and Belgian producer Luc Van Acker. Combining samples, guitars, synths, and pounding dance rhythms, their records are a trashy synthesis of the most extreme industrial noise, the silliest pop culture, and classic art rock. Because of their irreverence, they are the industrial band that is the most fun to listen to, if not the best or most influential. Stephen Thomas Erlewine
