Led by composer/guitarist Brandao, this nine-piece group performs original music with melodies rooted in Brazilian folk rhythms, supported by contemporary jazz harmonies and lush arrangements. Of the band's last appearance at the Regattabar, The Boston Phoenix noted that its "heady, worldbeat-inspired trek transfixed the audience."
