Synopsis: Frank Bannister is the proprietor of a service guaranteed to rid any home of whatever is haunting it, but little do his clients suspect that he, being psychic, is in league with the very ghost he's paid to exterminate. When the citizens of Fairwater discover that a malevolent spirit is haunting their city, they determine that Frank is behind it. In an effort to clear his name, Frank teams up with his ghostly cronies to stay one step ahead of the police as he tries to stop the real culprit.
