You've got Boston's young hip jazz trio ready to soothe their way into your hearts! The Groovin' Girls perform every Saturday night beginning at 9:30pm at Wonder Bar located at 186 Harvard Avenue in Allston.
Playing together for nearly two years, Takana Miyamoto from Yuki, Ibaraki plays piano, Noriko Ueda who is originally from Takarazuka, Hyogo plays bass and Masumi Inaba who is from Fukuyama, Hiroshima is on drums. Miyamoto, Ueda and Inaba met at Berklee College of Music where they are all currently enrolled. "This is a dream come true for each of us. We enjoy playing together because our music is so much a part of our lives," explains Miyamoto.
