Synopsis: This hilarious Cockney slice of life is sweet and tart and stays in your head as surely as the Mamas and Papas songs on its soundtrack. The major plot development concerns the blossoming of a gay relationship between two teen-age boys who live in a housing project. But the other characters are far from padding: They include one youth's scrappy mum, her hippie boyfiriend and a young woman obsessed with Mama Cass.
