Synopsis: After rescuing her night school beauty class from a lab fire, New York hero Fran Drescher is asked to help westernize the children of European dictator Timothy Dalton. Complications ensue when he realizes he's hired a beautician and not an academic. Despite his cold world ways, Dalton soon finds himself melting for a makeover.
