Synopsis: A woman's scheme backfires when, in a roundabout attempt to revitalize her marriage, she encourages her husband to have an affair with her frumpy, eccentric childhood friend. The husband falls obsessively in love with the friend, and the turn of events sends the three characters on an emotional rollercoaster. Complex and intelligent, Paradise is considered by many critics to be Dorrie's best film.
