Come observe the famous Comet Hale-Bopp from the Gilliand Observitory and the Museum garage roof. Special filters will enhance the view of the Comet through the Gilliand Observatory telescopes Planetarium staff will be on hand to interpret the views through a variety of other telescopes and binoculars to our visitors. Viewing sessions are subject to weather so call to verify times.
