Welcome to the world of Upside Down Frown, Burlington, Vermont's hottest jam band. A five-piece unit, this band has been together for three years and plays regularly all over New England and New York. They were featured on the cover of New England Performer with other Burlington bands in Dec. 1994 and appear on a recently issued compilation CD entitled "Burlington Does Burlington."
Their music is almost all original and incorporates many different styles including twin guitar improvisational rock, fancy bluegrass pickin', reggae and whatever else is on their minds. Backed by a tasteful rhythm section, they feature a unique instrumentation and three singers and songwriters with lots of vocal arrangements and harmonies. All in all it is a high energy experience that will keep folks on their feet and moving to the beat.
