Synopsis
Guess who's back in the water? Willy the whale returns with his favorite companion, Jason James Richter, now a
17-year-old aboard an ocean research vessel. This time, they're out to stop a sea captain from illegally killing orca whales in the Pacific Northwest. On their side is the fisherman's 10-year-old boy.
