Synopsis
Steven Seagal's second ecological disaster movie (see also "On Deadly Ground") has him protecting a backwoods community as America's most lethal EPA agent. Out to avenge the death of a longtime companion, Seagal decides to throw his weight around "Lone Star" baddie Kris Kristofferson, an evil tycoon who's poisoning the local mines.
