Synopsis
Hans Dieter Harti's film documents Fassbinder and his team at work on the television film Berlin Alexanderplatz. The resulting film demonstrates the extraordinary discipline, energy and sheer speed needed to shoot 15 hours of film in only 150 days, as well as Fassbinder's famous directorial style.
