Dredi is an Alternative Reggae band acclaimed its "Soulfully" conscioud blend of funky reggae fusion, currently based in Berkshire County in Western Massachusetts.
The essence of the Dredi experience flows through and from the combined efforts of lead guitarist / vocalist Bryan House, a former pro football player with the Chicago Cubs farm team; percussionist Doug Macdonald, a member of the band INI untill 1991 who joined Dredi in 1996; drummer Josh Fleischman, a long time student of jazz master Randy Kay (of the Jimmy Giuffre Trio); bassist John O'Boyle, a musician whose ability to play in a variety of styles lends texture to the funky alterna-reggae sound; and songwriter / vocalist Noel, an enigmatic and energetic performer with over 15 years experience in theater and music, as well as small roles in the ballet and television.
