Synopsis: Director Frears' (Dangerous Liaisons, The Grifters) raucous and touching new comedy, THE VAN is the final chapter in Roddy Doyle's Barrytown trilogy: The Commitments, The Snapper, The Van. The story centers around two unemployed friends who decide to profit from Ireland's World Cup soccer exploits by starting a fast food van. Larrry and his best friend Bimbo set out to become the Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid of the fish'n'chips set, and business booms.
