Synopsis: This film documents the achievements of the famous Mexican miracle worker, "Nino Fidencio, the healer of Espinazo," whose real name was Jose Fidencio de Jesus Sintora Constantino (1898 - 1938). "Nino Fidencio" was believed to possess paranormal theraputic gifts and clairvoyant abilities. This ethnographic study, made by the director of Cabeza De Vaca (1991), documents the ceremonial rites celebrated by thousands of "Fidencistas" who meet twice a year, on March 19 and October 19, birth and death date of Nino Fidencio.
