From the ocean to the backyard hose to the bathtub, infants and toddlers (and perhaps stressed-out adults) will immerse themselves in this captivating blend of brightly colored images. Playful puppets, toys on the move, aquatic and nature scenes, and live-action footage of happy babies and children playing with familiar objects will soothe young viewers. Each mostly nonverbal segment in this flowing 30-minute program is set to music-box orchestrations of classical pieces, including Handel's "Water Music" and Strauss' "Blue Danube" waltz. For those still unfamiliar with the award-winning Baby Einstein series, this is an excellent program with which to take the plunge. Donald Liebenson
