Synopsis: A gritty, fast-paced, action thriller with a plot taken from the old fairy tale Little Red Riding Hood. Vanessa, a teenage girl on the run from a sordid home life, makes a journey to Grandma's house (picnic basket in hand), only to be rerouted by a psychopath disguised as a child psychologist. But the story takes an unexpected modern-day turn when a very energetic and stong-willed "little girl" gets revenge on the big bad wolf. Featuring kitschy comic-book performances from Sutherland and Shields, Reese Witherspoon is also unforgettable as the over-the-top disgruntled teenager.
