Synopsis: Four men go on a day's rabbit-hunting outside Madrid. Three of the four are vetrans who served together in Franco's army during the Civil War. As the day passes, hostilities and old resentments build amid memories of the war that lurk in the scarred and barren landscape, and the outing ends in bloodshed.
