Synopsis
Mira Sorvino heads a team of ambitious scientists who develop a cure for a deadly virus. Three years after their initial genetics-altering experiment, something begins to shape its own agenda and living processes. Within the subterannean bowels of New York City, a confrontation between man and his creation leads to a bloody struggle for survival.
