This collection of three interactive "Elmo's World" segments is a perfect fit for preschoolers. Elmo exudes an encouraging "you can do it, too" spirit as he tries on jackets, hats, and shoes. Each 15-minute segment is a fast-paced blend of fun live-action and whimsical animated vignettes that illustrate such basic skills as how to put on a jacket, how to make a magic hat, and how to tie, buckle, and fasten shoes.
