Jeremy Lelliott, Alexandra Paul, and Tim Thomerson star in this family drama about Peter, an 11-year-old boy who wants to follow in the footsteps of his father, a police officer who was killed in the line of duty. Peter is investigating a string of petty crimes in his spare time, but he earns the wrath of the local police chief when he accuses the wrong person.
